A quick 30-minute conversation with our team to gauge mutual fit, alignment, and gain a high-level overview of your career thus far.
Hiring manager screen
A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your background and provide more insight into the role and the team.
Take home or tech screen
A practical skills assessment specific to your area of expertise. Designed to give you a glimpse into the types of challenges you'll encounter at tourQ.
On-site interviews
Typically 2.5 to 3 hours with a variety of current team members and cross-functional partners. All on-sites conclude with a Founder/CEO interview.
