About the Role
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help us build the core product surfaces artists and venues use every day — tour routing, market discovery, and booking workflows.
You'll work end-to-end across our TypeScript stack, ship to production weekly, and shape the engineering culture as one of our earliest hires.
What You'll Do
Own product surfaces end-to-end
Design, build, and ship features across the stack — from Postgres schema to the React UI artists actually click on.
Make the product feel fast
Profile, optimize, and push for sub-second interactions across our most-used flows.
Shape engineering culture
Define how we test, review, and deploy. Mentor the engineers we hire after you.
Partner with design and data
Pair with designers and data engineers to turn touring insight into product surfaces people love.
What We're Looking For
- •6+ years building production web applications
- •Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and a modern Node/Postgres stack
- •Comfort owning features from spec to ship to monitoring
- •Strong product instincts — you push back on requirements that don't serve the user
Bonus Points
- •Experience with TanStack Start, tRPC, or similar full-stack frameworks
- •Background in marketplaces, logistics, or live entertainment
- •Open-source contributions
