The first paid plan on an artist account starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. There is one trial per artist.
Per act. Everyone seated on the act's team, including managers and band members, works under that act's plan. A manager with several acts needs a plan on each act they want to book with.
Anytime, from Billing inside the app. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Moving between Pro and Enterprise updates your existing subscription with prorated billing, so you're never charged for two plans at once.
No. Pro includes your team and paying band members from settlements. Enterprise adds the tourQbooks finance portal: books, ledger and reports.
The ticket buyer. It is added at checkout and shown in the all-in price, so you keep 100% of your ticket's face value. Card processing is passed through to the buyer at cost as its own line.
No. A $0 ticket carries no tourQ fee, no processing fee and no organizer fee. In a mixed cart, fees apply only to the paid tickets. A 100%-off promo code makes a ticket free by the same rule.
Matches, projections and City History are all sized to one room's capacity and market. Each room you operate has its own subscription, so a 300-cap club and a 2,000-cap theater each get answers for their own stage.
Anyone on the room's team with Owner, All Access, Manager or Staff access. Only the Owner or an All Access member can subscribe or manage billing. Box Office seats don't see it.
